Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Final sale items (marked at checkout) are not eligible for return.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.
Email info@eithr.ca with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. We'll follow up with full instructions by email.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 10–13 business days back to your original payment method.
